The Cleveland Browns are proving to be serious strategists for the NFL draft amongst a number of rumors about their picks.
Since trading tight end Kellen "The Warrior" Winslow Jr. to The Buccaneers several weeks ago, there has been a silence in the air from the Cleveland Browns, but no doubt we are "abuzz" as the The NFL Draft approaches.
The Browns are believed to have their sights set on one potential star entering the draft, University of Central Florida cornerback Joe Burnett.
The Browns say they see a lot of Josh Cribbs in Him.
Burnett was voted first-team All-America as a corner, punt-returner and kick-returner this season.
He holds UCF's career record with 16 interceptions. Joe also has been one of the top return specialists in college football the past four years.
Burnett is 5 foot 10, 192 pounds, and UCF secondary coach Gary Blackney says he was pound-for-pound the strongest player on the team.
Let's look forward to the Browns making great decisions when it comes to this year's secondary players, and let's hope we can land a great cornerback like Joe Burnett.
